Nothing, it was perfect.

The hotel boasts a great location, very close to the city centre and with magnificent mountain views. Guests can enjoy a clean and spacious room with comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony. the staff is polite and friendly, and the food is delicious. There are numerous sporting facilities on offer, such as a large and clean pool.

There is no fridge or minibar in the rooms, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, nestled close to the city center and surrounded by breathtaking nature. We loved being able to explore the forest right from the hotel's doorstep. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. We also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and taking in the beautiful views. The hotel offered a wide range of facilities, including a restaurant, bar, and swimming pool. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the free parking was a great convenience. our experience here was nothing short of amazing!

The location was great, as it was very close to the city center and we could easily access stores and restaurants. the view from the balcony was lovely, overlooking the mountains. The hotel facilities, particularly the large and clean pool, were fantastic. We appreciated the hotel's effort in providing transportation options. the staff were courteous and spoke English very well.

Couldn't stay longer. We had a few issues with the air conditioning in our room, and unfortunately, there was some noise due to an event in the hotel.

During my Christmas holiday, I appreciated the vast location of the hotel, surrounded by nature and nearby stores and restaurants for easy access to necessities. The fitness and swimming pool were added pluses for me. The friendly staff made me feel welcome.

The interior of the room was uninviting and outdated. The carpets and walls had noticeable stains.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and had a fantastic time. the staff was very warm and friendly, and the room was comfortable, with a great view of the nearby forest. the breakfast, though not a wide selection, was delicious, particularly the fresh bread and coffee. the hotel's location was perfect as it was only a short walk from the city center and easily accessible to nearby hiking trails.
